COMPANY STORY

Our Company

Erich Group was founded by Dwayne Erich and Brittany Aldenhoven on the belief that good development outcomes come from people who have actually built things, not just advised on them.

We are a development company, working across commercial, industrial, residential projects and defence. Our judgement is shaped by a combined twenty-eight years on both sides of the table, in construction delivery and in development leadership. That grounding keeps us honest. We test every strategy against what it will actually take to build, not just what looks good on paper.

Clients come to us because we'll tell them the truth early, even when it's not what they want to hear. We hold ourselves to that same standard all the way through delivery, and we stay accountable for the outcome, not just the advice.

LEADERSHIP

Our People

Dwayne Erich, Managing Director of Erich Group
Dwayne Erich

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Dwayne has spent more than seventeen years at the senior end of Australian property and construction, delivering some of the country's largest and most technically complex projects.

His career includes design and project management on hospital developments valued up to $1.2 billion and a $230 million research facility, giving him a rare command of construction methodology, programme and constructability at the highest level of difficulty. He later led development projects across defence, industrial and residential sectors valued individually up to $60 million, taking each from acquisition and feasibility through to construction delivery.

At Erich Group, Dwayne leads development strategy and commercial decision-making, providing clients with independent, delivery-informed judgement from opportunity through to completion.

Brittany Aldenhoven

SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Brittany is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in complex commercial construction and defence environments. Her experience spans commercial, industrial, defence, mixed-use, retail and childcare projects, with responsibility across design management, procurement, commercial and cost management, programme, stakeholder coordination and construction delivery.

She has led projects through to handover, including a major Australian defence programme within a highly regulated, security-sensitive environment, holding NV1 security clearance, coordinating international teams and government stakeholders, and driving the resolution of programme issues to key milestones.

At Erich Group, Brittany provides disciplined oversight of consultants, procurement, programme and cost to support well-coordinated, commercially considered outcomes.

The principles that guide us

Four commitments that shape every decision, every recommendation, and every project we take on.

01
Independent Judement

We act in your interest alone, never shaped by a stake in the outcome.

02
Commercial Discipline

Every decision is tested against financial rigour and market reality, not assumption.

03
Proactive Coordination

We anticipate problems before they surface, keeping every stakeholder aligned.

04
Long-term Perspective

We build for durability, not just handover, weighing decisions against what they mean years on.

WHAT SETS US APART.

Why clients choose Erich Group.

Because the same team that assesses the opportunity is still there at handover and our advice is backed by real construction experience, not just theory. There is one point of accountability, not a rotating cast of advisers.
